Travels with my Aunt
A meeting with his long lost aunt at his mother's funeral drags Henry Pulling from his dahlia-tending retirement into a world of exotic adventure with entertaining consequences.
Studio Theatre's compact ensemble brought Graham Greene's laconic irony and mordant wit to three North Devon theatre venues in this production of Giles Havergal's award-winning stage adaptation where four actors played all 24 roles.
Audiences followed Henry as he trailed his aunt across Europe and down to South America in a tale of police drug raids, gold smuggling, stolen wartime art, CIA surveillance and family reconciliation that change the ex-bank manager’s life forever.
