Our stunning production of Hello
Dolly was staged at the Landmark Theatre, Ilfrcombe, Devon from
2nd to 4th November 2006.
Studio Theatre's 40-strong company
was headed by Debbie Hadley, playing matchmaker, Dolly Levi, with
Alan Bailey as Horace Vandergelder. Laurence Butler and Nathan Hammant
were the young men in search of love with Elena Wright and new member
Sandie Wildash playing Minnie Faye and Irene Molloy.
A supporting company of singers
and dancers performed the show-stopping routines and created a number
of cameo roles, while Neil Perrin conducted the 10-piece band.
Betty Blackmore led the costume-making
team to create the lavish Sunday Clothes. The whole production was led by
Lee Baxendale and Pamela Beecham.
