Everyone is welcome, including beginners who want to see what is involved in theatre, as well as those who want to brush up their skills or share their own experience and expertise. We’re aiming the workshops at anyone with an interest in performing, singing, dancing, scenery, costumes or sound and lighting.
In our 25th year, Studio Theatre wants to build on the success of our first quarter century of performing in Ilfracombe by attracting new people to stage productions in the years ahead. As a community theatre group currently applying for charitable status, we welcome people from all backgrounds and ages, from 14 up to senior citizens, and would be delighted to meet newcomers to theatre as well as members of other local theatre and dance groups.
As well experiencing the thrill of theatre, we will be encouraging people to put forward suggestions to develop our repertoire even further to broaden its appeal to more sectors of the community.
We look forward to seeing you.
